Who we are
A Kigali-based firm with a continental mandate
Gana Technology Consulting was founded in Kigali to close a persistent gap: African institutions were being asked to meet international standards of control, security, and digital performance, yet too often received advice that was either generic or disconnected from how the region actually operates. We built a firm that combines the discipline of global professional services with practitioners who understand Rwanda’s regulatory landscape, East African markets, and the realities of delivering change inside banks, public agencies, and growing enterprises.
Today we advise boards, executives, and technology leaders who need independent judgment on controls, cyber risk, data, cloud, and digital programs. We measure ourselves by what remains after we leave: stronger governance, safer systems, and teams that can sustain the work.
